Overview
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations after an order is placed.
Exchange Policy (Damaged/Defective Only)
We offer exchange only for products that are received damaged or defective. To raise an exchange request, you must email us at jaipurcottonkurti12@gmail.com with a mandatory unboxing video.
How to raise an exchange request
- Email: jaipurcottonkurti12@gmail.com
- Subject line: Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order ID]
- Attach a single-take unboxing video recorded from opening the sealed parcel to showing:
- Outer packaging & visible shipping label
- Product taken out of the packaging
- The exact damage/defect is clearly
- All tags and original packaging
- Include photos of the defect and a brief description of the issue.
Items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted.
Product Information
- Product pages include color, fabric, fit and care. Minor color variations due to screen settings are not defects.
- Customized, made-to-order, and discounted items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable except for damage/defect as above.
Non-Returnable / Restricted Items
- Customized/personalized items
- Perishables, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards and items sold under final sale/promotions
Order Acceptance
We may refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing/listing errors, or concerns flagged by payment/fraud checks.

This policy does not limit rights available under applicable consumer protection laws; where required, we will comply accordingly.
